Client Services Consultant

The Client Services Consultant is responsible for responding to all customer requests concerning technical issues and client consultation inquiries, in a queue environment (phone and email). You will access applications to service our clients and will also interact with other departments in order to ensure client satisfaction. It will be important to build strong relationships by providing personal, non-tiered support, engaging and listening to our clients to assist in the most professional manner. After hours pager duty is mandatory.

Business Development, Sales

The job of Business Development, Sales is to generate demand by collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales on all campaigns including Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) campaigns and by leveraging other technology such as LinkedIn, Inside View and good old fashion brain power.

Senior Platform Developer

The Senior Platform Developer is responsible for helping grow, scale, and evolve the core platform code of the Firmex application. As well, they facilitate integration projects with third parties.

DevOps Engineer, Quality Control

We’re looking for a candidate to fill the DevOps Engineer, Quality position and join a team which is committed to enabling the organization as a whole to ship reliable, tested code to production as quickly as possible. The successful candidate will be passionate about automating solutions to problems that arise, and carry an outstanding attention to detail.

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for planning, developing, installation, configuration and maintenance of production hardware, software and any related infrastructure. This includes the creation of all plans for ensuring functionality, data consistency, security and usability of systems aligned with the organization’s priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving performance issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
