Director of Finance

Firmex is a fast paced and exciting “cloud-based” software company. With customers around the globe, Firmex provides Virtual Data Room technology for enabling financial transactions and compliance. We are 40 going on 55 employees growing over 50% year over year.

The company is currently looking for a Director of Finance to provide strong financial & administrative leadership. This role will build and grow the finance department and give input into overall business strategy. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Sales

Inbound Sales Representative

We are a cloud-based software company experiencing exponential growth. We are located in downtown Toronto with corporate, legal and financial clients across North America, Europe and emerging markets. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

In this position, the successful candidate will play an integral role in growing revenue by converting new and existing leads to sales ready opportunities. Existing knowledge of corporate transactions is preferred. This position reports directly to the VP Sales.

Key Qualities to be Successful in this Role:

Challenger Mentality – Part of what makes our team successful is the drive to continually improve and challenge ourselves and our clients. As experts in virtual data rooms, we strive to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by being the most knowledgeable sales force in the market. We take control of the sales cycle and teach value to clients. Are you up for that challenge?

Corporate transactions knowledge – Our clients use our product to exchange large volumes of highly confidential documents for M&A, financing, procurement, restructuring and more. A strong interest in financial transactions and a willingness to learn is critical.

Prospecting skills – You are comfortable picking up the phone and talking to prospects at banks, corporations, and law firms. Discipline and the ability to accurately record and measure results to drive improvement will be the key to your success. You are self sufficient and able to work on your own and contribute to the group.

Account Manager
