Database Administrator

Firmex requires a new Database Administrator for the planning, development, and maintenance of our application databases. This includes the creation of all plans for ensuring data consistency, definitions, security, and usability. The Database Administrator will also be responsible for coding or implementing associated systems and application software, such as ETL scripts, as well as diagnosing and resolving database performance issues to ensure optimal database performance.

Accounting Manager

Firmex is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to cover a maternity leave position for a 15- month contract. As an Accounting Manager, you will hold a key role within the team. You have 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in entrepreneurial firms of between fifty and one hundred employees. You have established and implemented accounting systems, policies and procedures, and are adept at gathering and analyzing financial data to provide timely and relevant information and recommendations to support business decisions. You have overseen payroll and developed and implemented accounting policies and systems. You enjoy being busy and overseeing the smooth and efficient daily operations of a small accounting department. You have excellent people skills, are highly organized, and a positive contributor to the culture of the firm.

Sales Operations Manager & Salesforce.com Architect
