Our Story

Based in Toronto, Canada, Firmex was founded in 2006 with the belief that professionals who shared a lot of confidential documents were frustrated by their existing data room. It was unintuitive, had costly per page pricing, and steep overage fees. We envisioned something better: a value-driven, simple, and robust cloud-based virtual data room solution.
