No personal data is transferred to the U.S. unless it is chosen as the document storage location.

All data stored by Firmex for the purposes of delivering secure VDR services to clients (e.g. application and user-related data) is stored in Canada. None of this data, including personal data, is ever transferred outside of Canada.
