Joel Lessem  - Chief Executive Officer
Joel joined the management team in September 2005 and became Firmex’s business architect. He is responsible for over-all business strategy and execution. Over the last 15 years Joel has succeeded in rapidly building revenues in growth companies. Prior to being hired to build the Firmex business, Joel drove the US growth of PointForce (a 60-person software company) before the company was acquired in 2004. Joel also co-founded Crescent Logic in 1999, a software company that designed and licensed online equity research tools for mid-size investment banks.

Robert Wilder - Chief Operating Officer
Robert is responsible for product management, client service and operations. Prior to founding Firmex, Robert spent 19 years as a managing partner in two successful businesses: Dakis & Wilder (10 years) and Version5.1 Inc. (9 years).  Robert's key strengths are multi-faceted.  He is a strategic thinker who pays great attention to detail, project implemention and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jeffrey Parker - Director
Jeffrey was the founder and CEO of Technical Data Systems, Business Research Corporation and First Call. All of these businesses were acquired by Thomson Financial in 1986. Jeff went on to serve as CEO Thomson Financial. In 1997 he co-founded and was the CEO of CCBN which was later also acquired by Thomson Financial in 2004.
