Firmex Further Solidifies Partnership with AceTech Ontario
{image1}Firmex and AceTech Ontario announce that Joel Lessem, CEO of Firmex, has been appointed to AceTech Ontario’s Board of Directors.
Firmex is a cloud-based virtual data room solution used by corporate professionals to facilitate large-scale financial transactions, such as M&A, corporate finance and procurement, as well as regulatory compliance and governance processes.

Mr. Lessem first joined AceTech Ontario in 2010. His recent appointment to the Board of Directors as Chair of Membership will see him spearhead programs and events that help attract and retain new members, as well as continue to develop awareness of the organization.
